Also known as a "boothy"...used for quickly getting out of a snow storm or wind while taking snack break. Drizzle resistant not waterproof (unless you coat it with a waterproofing, which can be sprayed on and is very easy to do). Can accommodate 2-people sitting up against their backpacks. Erected by hanging from a rope, with crossed skis, or a pair of hiking poles (as in photos). 2 vents. Never used. Could be part of your emergency kit. Folds up very small and ultralight (1 lb). Comes w/ 2 guy lines and slider + 2 pegs (hiking poles excluded!).
