Icom IC-M3A Handheld Marine VHF Radio I bought this handheld as an emergency spare radio when I had a sailboat. I don't recall ever using it; it stayed in a dry locker for years (without batteries loaded). More recently I thought I would use it as a backup VHF when kayak camping, but it didn't get used for that either! This radio is in excellent condition. It's 'water resistant' not submersible. I'll include a new Aquapac waterproof case - a $30 item- which works with this radio. Unlike many newer radios it uses AA batteries. You can use NiCd rechargeable AA cells or alkaline AA cells. So you will never be looking for a USB outlet to charge this radio!
