The pull out dining room means there is plenty of the room to hang out inside when weather is inclement. The Beds have heated mattresses when hooked to external power. One king bed, one queen bed, and dining room turns into a double. Comes with electric brakes, dual propane tanks, dual batteries, power lifting system, + power lift on hitch, and external bbq.
