Here's something you don't see every day! It is a cable, rope or wire winder. It makes easy work of winding up or unwinding multiple lengths of cable or wire or even rope. The two halves of the reel come apart as shown in the pictures to allow the wound roll of wire to be removed for storage. The reel also has an adjustable friction brake to assist in rolling and unrolling the wire. The centre of the reel is about 16 inches in diameter and the outside is about 25 inches. The width of the reel is adjustable as well depending on your needs. The paint is a little scuffed and there is some surface rust that could easily be touched up if that was important to you, otherwise the reel is in great condition. $100 obo thanks for looking Al
