Hello!!! I have a great tenant available immediately... My wife is pregnant with twins and we need the extra space. Please take him... Single male, his name is Dustin... He rented our spare bedroom for 6 months, then took over small suite during turnover. Dustin was clean, and respectful while in our space, and just as good while occupying the suite for two years. 3 months until he has to move out... Or tomorrow (if that works for you) I'll give you damage + first months rent... If we were buying a new house, we'd bring him with us... We're not though, and we need the space for our family...
