Selling my 2003 model Okanagan 8 foot camper. It has been stored under cover since new when not in use and has been Maintained meticulously. Has never had a single leak or soft spot anywhere on it, no ugly patch jobs or "renos" This camper is in like new condition and has been very lightly used and has come from Non smoking families. I am the 3rd owner of this camper and know both previous owners, Every year it has been professionally winterized and gone over by PC auto, it was re-sealed in 2017 for preventative maintenance and pride of owner ship by the previous owner. Comes with newer batteries, Camper jacks that fold out so it will work with dually trucks, toilet, stove, fridge/ freezer, N/S sleeping (fits full size queen mattress), table that folds into bed, 2 propane tanks certified until 2025, and a ton of storage through out. There is no indoor or outdoor shower or hot water in this camper due to it having the stove option. This campers forward center of gravity is designed to allow it to fit any long or shot box full size truck. Will also throw in a homemade dolly made of big beams ($500 value in material) if interested, makes it super easy to roll around garage or anywhere on concrete. The only reason we are selling this camper is because we are having our first kid and with my line of work there is just no time to use it.
