1996 kodiak 9'9" long box camper by peak manufacturing. Owned by 1 family, barley used, and has always been stored under cover. Excellent condition, fibreglass shell, double pane storm windows, dometic fridge, double sink, 3 burner stove, Edgewood oven, 3 skylights, lots of cupboards for storage, Atwood hydro flame 20,000 BTU furnace (works great!), outdoor shower, large 30 gallon tank for fresh water and black/grey water, 2 battery hookups, 2 propane tank hookups (batteries and tanks not included), aluminum accordion stairs. Approximately 2570lbs dry weight. North/south facing Queen bed, full bathroom with shower. This has been the best camper, we are really sad to sell it but our family has outgrown it.
