Standard 5-speed, runs great. Starting to get rusty around the wheel wells but the bed is pretty nice. I love this truck and am selling only because I have a newer Frontier. It has been well used but not abused and has been super reliable for the 10 years I have owned it. Was professionally serviced (over $500) just last week with brand new battery, belts and idler bearing. Has aftermarket stereo and speakers which work great. $2,300 o.b.o.
