This set was produced in the German Democratic Republic, before the fall of the wall, by Graf Von Henneberg Porzellan. The factory was a showpiece of socialist productivity that supplied the state with high-quality goods. Each porcelain piece is trimmed with gold, and has a soft floral pattern of pink cabbage roses and small blue flowers, all surrounded by a delicate scroll-work pattern. The pot holds 21 ounces while the cups each hold 3 ounces. The pot measures 6 1/2 inches tall and 5 inches wide at its widest. The cups measure 2 1/4 inches tall and 2 5/8 inches in diameter. the saucers measure 4 1/2 inches in diameter. The porcelain mark on the bottom indicates that this set was produced between 1972 and 1977. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or crazing.
