A hardcover book of personal reflections and wonderful character sketches by the much loved British post-impressionist painter Edward Seago. Seago specialised in seascapes often off the beaches and coast of Norfolk. But he also travelled widely to Singapore and even the Antarctic (as the guest of Prince Philip). The Queen Mother was one of his greatest admirers. Wherever he went he painted and he also took notes. This book displays the same zest for colour and masterful brush strokes as his paintings. The subtitle 'The Ebb and Flow of Memory and Experience' says it all.
