While this is made for boats, I got it for a tiny home project that never happened. It has some wiring attached, but I don't think the stove was ever actually put into service - still in original box. Runs on propane. It has been sitting for a while, but this model is still made if you needed any parts. Check my other listings for some accessories I have that you might need for the install. MSRP is about $1200, but I've seen it on sale for $900 + tax. Letting this one go for $650 - save yourself several hundred dollars off the sale price! From the manufacturer: Newport P9000 Propane Fireplace The combustion process is completely isolated from the inside of the boat by the unique, direct vent design. A built-in blower provides good heat circulation. The heater is sold with all accessories needed including a stainless steel backing plate, 28 inches of flexible double stainless chimney and the deck fitting cap. A propane hose, 11" WC regulator and fittings are needed and sold separately.
