$100 · Vintage Royal Copley Rooster and Hen Pair - Foil Labels Intact

Royal Copley was produced by the Spaulding China Company, which operated from 1942 to 1957 in Sebring, Ohio. This Royal Copley rooster and hen were purchased in the early 50's. The rooster and hen are both in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. They both have their original foil Royal Copley labels. They are highly glazed showing the rose combs, brown breasts, yellow heads, and shaded plumage of green, black, brown, yellow and a touch of rose. The pieces have some mild crazing due to their age, but it has not affected the vibrant colors. The rooster stands 8" high, 3 3/4" base. The hen is 7" high, 3 1/2" base. $100 for the pair.
