$2,800 · Seeking Long-Term Rental

My husband and I are looking for a long-term rental unit (open to apartment, upper or lower unit in house, stand-alone home or cottage). We just got word that the property we are renting has been sold and we are quite certain that it will be re-developed. We thought we’d start our hunt early! I’m 29 and currently working full time as an administrative assistant for a medical society. My husband is 35 previous paramedic being retrained for Social Work. We are both bringing in a full-time income. We are non-smokers/non-substance users. We don’t party. Occasionally we like to host small dinner parties or games nights with friends and/or family - but we are always respectful to our neighbours! We really value a good relationship with our landlords and anyone living around us, with a balance of open communication and privacy. We are generally pretty laid back. We have two small well behaved dogs that come with good references! We are happy to upkeep the home inside and out! We take care of rentals as if they are own. Prefer the Saanich Peninsula but open to other areas. Happy to provide references and answer any questions! Preferences: Bathtub Yard or green space Washer and dryer in unit Move in would be anytime from Dec 2024 onwards.
