Newly Single Father & 7y/o Daughter Seeking Rental

My name is Owen, and my daughter's name is Mana. We are seeking a new home in Victoria to allow us to be close to our family and our dearest friends, while maintaining an amicable relationship with Mana's mother. Our ideal rental would be an affordable 1 or 2 bedroom suite/apartment in Fernwood, Oaklands, Hillside, Fairfield, Northpark, Vic West, James Bay, Esquimalt, or Gonzales, ideally cat friendly. We could be open to roommate arrangements and sharing communal space with the right people. Our budget will flex as far as it needs to, but we hope to find something well under 1800. I am an acupuncturist with a modest but sustainable and thriving practice, and I'm striving to invest some time and energy into my passion for visual art creation. Mana is a sweet, quiet, but playful girl with endless creativity, who loves to draw, craft and play imagination games. We seek to line our new home up for August first, though before the coming school year is our hard deadline.
