We are excited to offer two fully furnished bedrooms on the second floor of a spacious single house, perfectly located just a 3-minute walk to UVic classrooms, right near CARSA. Available from February 1st, these two cozy rooms share a bathroom and are priced at $1000 and $1100 per month, including all utilities. The unit is well-equipped with an in-suite washer and dryer, dishwasher, storage, and parking. You'll be sharing the living room and kitchen with three friendly and respectful roommates who are either studying or working full-time. A little about us: Two of us are UVic graduates working full-time, and the third is a PhD student at UVic. We take pride in keeping the space clean and organized, enjoy outdoor activities together, and value each other's personal space.
