Best spot in oak Bay, this new (Aug) professional mooring was engineered for this 24 foot c&c. Boat is almost 40 years old and is ready for new paint to fully bring her back. Cushions recently redone throughout 5 sails in excellent shape, most running rigging replaced 9.9 serviced last spring. Ran great all season.
