This 2021 Trek Domane+ LT Disc Electric Road Bike is a great option if you are looking to commute more easily, ride hilly routes more enjoyably, or just have some of the sting taken out of travel by bicycle. The 500 Series OCLV Carbon frame features internal cable routing, a ride-tuned seat mast, and mudguard mounts, along with integrated front and rear lights that are connected to the main battery. Trek’s IsoSpeed technology adds adjustable compliance to the frame that is controlled by an elastomer so that the ride characteristics can be altered depending on the route or rider. Equipped with Shimano electronic shifting. The battery can be removed and the bike can be ridden as a non-ebike. It has a 56” frame. Its governed e-assist max. is about 33 km/hour; plenty fast enough for our road, cycleways, and trails. The Fazua Evation Drive Pack seamlessly adds to the rider’s power up to a maximum speed of 32 kph but doesn’t cause any extra drag when coasting or when no assistance is being provided. The Shimano 11-speed Ultegra R8000 mechanical group set pairs an 11-34 cassette with a 34/50 tooth chain set to give a very wide range of ratios sufficient for any hill, whilst the Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes provide confidence-inspiring stopping power.
