1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom for rent. located at 1587 judoba pl. furnished roughly 12x14 room with big backyard and patio. wifi, electricity, hydro, garbage disposal all included. looking for a working professional that's ok with dogs and a toddler as I'll have them both... I'm a single father that works out of town on 20/10 rotation. you'll have the place to yourself while I'm out of town. when I'm back I'll have my dog and 2 year old son for 8 days. Really looking for a dog sitter and non smoker. I'll pay for all expenses of the dog and lower rent by $300.00 Rent $1250.00 plus half of utilities security deposit $625.00
