$1,000 · Private Room for Rent *Summer Sublet*

Summer Sublet May 1 - August 31st (some flexibility) I’m subletting 1 bedroom in our 3-bedroom upper-level suite near Braefoot, rent is $1000/month + utilities and wifi. The house has a large kitchen, living room, and backyard, and the room is also the largest in the house. The house will be shared with two other girls who are 3rd and 4th year students. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed and a desk (different furniture than in picture). 5-minute drive/15-minute bus to UVic, within walking distance of several buses downtown.
