Shared access to basement to use laundry and store up to 2 bicycles (no one else is living in the house or on the property, but the basement is storage space). Shared yard access. The garden has blueberries, ground cherries, raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb, rosemary, chamomile, sweet cicely, and space to plant vegetables. No pets.
