German Schrank (Wall Unit)

Free My parents purchased this Schrank (Wall Unit) at Mann Mobilia furniture store in Karlsruhe, West Germany in 1976 when my father was posted to CFB Baden Soellingen. We brought it back to Canada in 1980. This has been in the family since. Unfortunately my father passed in 2007 and Mother has now moved to a care home so this has to go since we just sold her house. Right now 3 sections of it are in her living room due to space limitations and a fourth section is in her garage. The fourth section need a hinge for a cabinet door but could be brought up to snuff by someone who is handy. Anyway this was the equivalent of $4000 back then. Buyer picks up - you will need a truck. Any questions regarding measurements will be answered in due course. This is an all or nothing offer. Sections can be separated for use in different spaces and rooms. A "Schrank" in Germany is pronounced the way you spelled it and it simply means cabinet. People distinguish between different room cabinets. A kitchen one (Küchenschrank) would look different than a bedroom one (Schlafzimmerschrank), One being kitchen cabinets and the other one more like an armoire. Basically storage.
