Peninsula Family Chiropractic is located inSaanichton. We are looking for a passionate, hard-working receptionist on a part-time basis. The ideal person for our team will be highly motivated to coordinate and manage the multiple practitioners’ schedules to ensure patients' treatment and satisfaction. The receptionist is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day overall operation of the clinic and organizing the medical facility’s functions. Through excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a service focus attitude, you will ensure that the clients are given high quality customer service, the schedules of team members are maximized, and operational standards are maintained. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a medical service environment. Excellent technical / computer skills - Outlook, Google, Excel, etc. Jane App knowledge would be great.
