Are you happy with your current Bookkeeper?

Is something not sitting right with you about your current bookkeeper? Have they been side-stepping your requests for financial reports, making excuses for being behind on everything, or have they frequently been messing things up such as your payroll, remittances etc? Maybe they've even suddenly quit on you, or given you notice that you're going to need to find someone else right away stating their reason as either health or time constraints, yet all the while they keep assuring you everything is fine otherwise?
