Available June 01, 2024 Brand new counselling suite in the Datatech Centre, 2nd floor. Suite consists of 5 fully furnished, newly renovated counselling offices, a waiting area, and kitchen with a fridge, water cooling unit, hot water on demand, tea station, and dishes. Bathrooms are located next door to the suite. The Datatech Building, located at 1095 McKemzie Ave, has a central location in Saanich, is on major bus routes and is near the Lochside trail. There is a large parking lot with a generous amount of free 2 hour parking for your clients and visitors. General parking permits are available for building tenants if needed (additional cost of $60/month for a random stall, $80/month for a reserved stall). Each office has a practitioner chair, a loveseat, tables, desk and chair/stool, area rug, air purifier, salt lamp, blankets, pillows, tissues and cozy, tasteful furnishings. High speed internet is available throughout the suite. The building is wheelchair accessible. Three offices have south facing windows with blinds. Two offices are windowless, which is reflected in lower rental cost. Come and join our counselling community! We are continuing with setting up the space, but welcome you to come and look in person while it is a work in progress. Full time rates, as well as part time (Full days and/or half days) are available. Rates starting at $150 per full day, monthly (ie: 4 Fridays in the month, total cost is $150).
