$1,500 · WANTED: Quiet family looking for place to call home

Hi, We are a family of three. I, Megi am currently on maternity leave but was previously working as an assistant manager at the hotel front desk in Langley. Andres is stonemason working for a company in Victoria. We love outdoors, mountaineering, rock climbing, kayaking, camping, walks, exploring the natural side of the world but also enjoy strolls through the cities and attend different cultural events. Our little one is 8 weeks old. We are quiet (with occasional baby cries but he is easy to soothe), respectful people, easy to communicate and to get along with. We do not smoke, party or do not have pets but we are ok if there are pets in or around the house. We would like to provide our baby with a quie, stress-free environment. We are originally from Europe (Slovenia and Spain) but have been in Canada since 2 years. We recently moved from Vancouver area looking for a quiet palce to call home in Victoria or the area. We are open to living space situation but ideally would be on the country side, rural are or more quiet side of the city. Our budget is 1500/month, ideally looking for 2 bedroom above ground place. Andres is a handyman and can fix and maintain the place easily. We can provide references from our previous landlords and credit check as well.
