WANTED: Looking for a place to move in by Dec 31

Hi I'm 33 yr old, single woman. I have a full time graveyard job that I've had for last 6-7 yrs and will always have the exact same schedule. So I need to find a place that is typically quiet during the daytime hrs, between about 8 am to around 5 pm. I am looking for a bedroom, where I will be living with anywhere from 1 - 3 people. I would definitely prefer something in the Victoria area but I am flexible and willing to look elsewhere as long as it is close to major bus routes or within walking distance of downtown. I'm hoping to find a place that's not more than $800 a month, utilities included. I do not have any pets, I love animals, especially dogs. I don't smoke and I'm not one for having lots of people over or parties. But will on occasion have 1 or 2 people over. I am typically a tidy person and will help to keep all the common areas clean.
