$1,000 · WANTED: Looking for a one bedroom or Bachelor Suite.

Hello, My name is Jill I am looking for a Bachelor or one bedroom suite. I am hoping to pay under a thousand dollars. I am just looking for myself so a smaller suite will work fine. I dont party and am in general just a respectful person. I have no pets and dont make a lot of noise. I do smoke, but am respectful about it. I've lived in non-smoking suites and buildings and it has never been an issue. I am happy to smoke off the property if you prefer and clean up after myself. I do need somewhere that is close to a bus stop as I have a disability that means I cannot walk far and sometimes need to use a walker. I receive disability benefits so my rent can be paid direct to you from the government so you will never have to worry about me being late or forgetting to pay my rent. I do also work part time which is why I need to be close to a bus stop. The being said I don't mind if it is a bit of a commute to work on the bus.
