DETAILS Square feet: 600 to 1000 Budget: $2000 max Space must: - Be heated - Have 3 phase power - Have means for ventilation/ air circulation - High ceilings,12ft (4m) if possible - Be located on the ground floor with a roll up door - Running water - Have a bathroom - Have wifi (or the ability to connect) - Is secure and can be locked up Ideal date to start agreement: April/ May 2021 (month-to-month agreement preferred).
