WANTED: Furniture Donations to Support Women In Need

WIN Co-op is always in need of apartment sized furniture for our New Start Program. When a woman is ready to leave a transition house and set up a new home for herself and her children, WIN is there to support her. We provide her with all of the basics that they need to get started such as furniture, beds, kitchen items, linens and other household needs. If you have an item you would like to donate, please contact our Donations Coordinator at 250-480-4006 ext 204, or win@womeninneed.ca. Drop off of items, and a pickup service are both available. WIN has been working to support and empower women in Victoria, BC for over 25 years. We are an enterprising, nonprofit cooperative that meets social goals through business ventures. WIN is 100 percent self-funded. Revenues from our four WIN Resale Shops finance our operations and our empowerment programs for women.
