Subaru insured until Dec.23, so if you want to test drive it you have until then. I bought a 4X4 pickup so I don't need the Subaru anymore. Good AWD vehicle. I have been told by longtime Subaru owners that it is not unusual for this year and model to get 800,000km before being retired, current millage is 385,000km.
Near new tires, "really good tires" Goodyear Assurance $750. New power amp and decent speakers last year at $600 to the Pioneer system to make it a decent audio package. New right front hub and bearings $700. I only used this car for winter driving and it gets parked for 6 months. I have had no problems with it and fixed what was wrong. I see a lot of these 1999 models around which tells me that these were a model that actually lasted for a very long time like the Toyota R22 models did. There are roof racks for this car also.
It has been a solid and trustworthy car, I am selling because I bought a truck otherwise I would not sell this car.
$3550 FIRM is a good value. Fixes and upgrades cost $3075.
There is a sticker under the hood that shows the timing belt was replaced in April 2015, about 40,000km ago. I bought the car from people who were in a Subaru club and they kept it up mechanically. New windshield $340; new passenger headlight $60; new O2 censor & knock censor$375; new muffler $250. Good car, worth the price and fairly cheap on gas, no leaks and no overheating issues or any other issues.
