Major Responsibilities * Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management * Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system * Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence * Perform data entry and scan documents * Assist in resolving any administrative problems * Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries * Maintain office supplies * Accurate data entry into Excel Tracking Worksheets, and other platforms as directed * Maintain assigned physical and computerized filing systems. * Other related duties as assigned Requirements * Related post-secondary education and/or equivalent combination of training and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). * Willingness to learn industry specific knowledge * Clerical experience is required * Excellent communication skills - written and verbal * Knowledge of operating standard office equipment * Highly organized and proactive * The ability to work well within a team * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) * Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities * Self-starter and multi-tasker (must take initiative) * Experience in a fast-paced office environment * Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication skills * Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. * Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
