JOB DESCRIPTION Office Location: Langford, BC Reports to: Operations Manager and Office Manager Wage: $20/hr (to start) Shifts: (Mon-Fri) Daytime RESPONSIBILITIES: -Managing client accounts, billing, accounts receivable (done exclusively through QuickBooks), tracking overdue accounts and collections, as well as setting up new client accounts. -Responding to calls from customers and other sub-trades, assisting with dispatching the appropriate vehicles to their next locations, responding to client calls (payments, bookings, inquiries) and answering any questions with respect to their concerns. -Confirm and pass on information to drivers about their duties. -Assist in organizing the vehicle repairs appointments and managing the fleet, and their various related reports (generated by GPS tracking program). -Filling short-notice requests to assist with scheduling. -Maintaining the organization of the day-to-day operations through the utilization of phone, email, and text message correspondence. -Completing any other assignments as directed by the Operations Manager or Office Manager. REQUIREMENTS: -You have a valid BC Drivers Licence. -Ideally have scheduling / dispatch experience. -You have excellent communication and customer service skills (almost exclusively over the phone). -You have proven time-management and organizational skills. -You have high attention to detail and accuracy. -You are proficient with computers, and very comfortable with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
