Looking for Nov 1st / Dec 1st

I am a 23 year old female undergraduate geography student at the University of Victoria with a focus on climate research, ecology, and GIS. When I'm not studying I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and being outdoors. I have been living with roommates for the past 3 years while in Victoria and while I enjoy living in a communal house, I am really looking forward to finding a place to call my own. Ideally I will find a new home to start paying rent for November or December, and officially move out of my current place for January 1st. I would like to sign a year lease. I have proof of financial support, as well as personal and landlord references. Please let me know if this sounds like a good fit, and when we can arrange a viewing.
