This is a sublet available from Jan. 1 until May. The private room includes a bed, blankets, dresser, desk, and chair. Free wfi, heat, water, (it basically includes everything but your phone) The kitchen, bath and laundry are shared with the other 2 tenants. It comes with everything including all linens, the kitchen and bath are fully stocked with necessities (plates, silverware, cooking pots and pans etc.) It also includes housekeeping every two weeks!
