Full-Time Caretaker for a family owned apartment building

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Caretaker for a family owned apartment building. Only EXPERIENCED applicants apply please - couple preferred- this is an on site position Qualified applicants should possess the following: Personality: Organized - Ability to get the job done effectively Communicate - With tenants and office staff with professionalism Take pride in your surroundings - Keep building clean and presentable Role of the Caretaker: Dealing with daily items and reporting to main office, being available around the building, purchasing required items for building once receiving a purchase order from main office, keeping confidentiality of all aspects of the business, working within the Residential Tenancy Act and other governing laws, being able and willing to act on anything, i.e: parking passes, showing suites and incidents any time day or night The following are job requirements: Renting suites, collecting rents, taking applications (processing is done through main office), drawing up leases, incident reports, work orders, incoming/out going inspections, caulking, plumbing, electrical, grouting, fire safety, maintaining boiler room, emergencies, security, cleaning, and dealing with the day to day inquiries from tenants If you have the skill and drive that we are looking for please send us your resume and cover letter, either by email at rentals@eyproperties.com or fax at 250-361-1782.
