Seagulls were manufactured in England from the 1930's to the mid 1990's; this one is a mid 70's creation Seagulls are mechanically very simple to operate or repair. DETAILS: 2 stroke, direct drive, 64cc, 2-3 HP, FPL-302C8 series 40+ and requires a 10/1 oil mixture (SAE 140). Seagulls are noted for their simplicity and reliability.
