Soft serve this summer! used but good working condition inside and out. Had for last 2 summers at Fol Epi but shifting direction this year and dropping soft serve. These are water cooled which helps a lot with heat in the space and the texture from the Carpigiani machines is the best! water only circulates when actively cooling mix so actual water use is no big deal. a great way to move ice cream with limited space!
