$960 per month 1 person, 1 bedroom, ground floor suite, semi furnished/or/unfurnished. no smoking, no pot, no vaping (highly allergic) Must have references One small dog/cat on approval We are looking for a quiet, respectful, responsible non-smoker, non-partier, tenant with references who is willing to pet-sit on occasion at the rate of $20 for a 24hr day. We the owners live on the upper floor with our 5-year-old labradoodle and would like to travel a little next spring (if covid allows). We would prefer a lease to get us through until the end of July 2021, there after month to month. Included in the rent is hydro, basic cable and basic Wi-Fi, bathtub shower combo, washing machine and drier, a full-sized fridge, wood stove. Parking for one vehicle, front/back door, along with a 20 x 20 open sundeck for your sole use to Barbecue, enjoy the sun or grow some flowers/veg in planters. It cannot be used for work, storage/junk. It does not have a stove, but we supply a microwave oven, induction hot plate, infrared fryer oven, a portable roaster for your turkey, chicken, roasts. We also supply a good variety of small appliances. The suite is available late November or December 1st Please reply with a little info about yourself and your pet who would be living in the suite.
