The 3rd annual SHINE Fashion Tea will be held at Victoria's iconic Empress Hotel. Come and enjoy a sit-down afternoon tea in the Crystal Ballroom, a fashion show, live music, and a wide selection of auction items. All funds raised go to B.C. Children's Hospital!
