$1,600 · Necky Tesla Sea Kayak in Kevlar & Carbon Construction

Older, very lightweight Necky Tesla. This kayak is from back in the day when Necky would build really light Kevlar kayaks right here in BC Canada. Based on my bathroom scale (so not the last word in accuracy) the boat only weighs 40 lbs. And it feels it - it is very light! The Tesla is 17’ long x 24” wide. It is a stable, comfortable sea kayak with lots of cargo capacity, and good glide for efficient paddling - a good ‘do everything’ kayak with plenty of room for extended tripping. Equipped with a rudder, and 2 hatches. This is an older kayak with plenty of scuffs, and the usual scratches from use. Comes with a nylon cockpit cover.
