$1,500 · VW Pathfinder marine engine or parts

I bought the sailboat with this motor. It was rebuilt but the head was machined poorly. I am going to convert my sailboat to electric, like my 1st one. This needs the head machined or replaced. Comes with tranny and is about 50 hp. VW sold marine engines and they are marinized Jetta engines. Parts are easy to find. As you can see, I'm taking it apart to take it out. I am also willing to part it out. The motor has 7 hours on it since the rebuild.
