This is a ceramic brown bird figurine produced by Strawberry Hill Werkshop in Thunder Bay Ontario. It was hand crafted by Peter and Liz Powlowski who founded and owned the company. They created a series of unique Canadian animals in pottery that have become very collectable. The family closed down the business in the '70's by choice and broke the molds, making these pieces extremely rare finds and quite collectible. The bird is 3.5" tall and 4" in length.
