$1,250 · Breville Dual Boiler Espresso Machine, Excellent Condition

Up on offer, a Breville Dual Boiler espresso machine, kept in excellent condition and fully serviced at regular intervals, including frequent boiler descalings, and machine cleaning cycles. This machine has had 1,180 shots pulled on it (can check this in the service menu, this is roughly 1.5 years use in a normal home) over a five year period. It has been in storage about 2/3 of that time, and had the boilers drained when in storage. The machine is nearly mint, with only the drip tray showing wear (usual scratches) and a slight blemish on the cup warmer tray. Otherwise, no scratches, dings or issues. We kept it "showroom clean" as best we could for photography purposes. It comes with everything the machine shipped with, including: four filter baskets, tamper, steaming pitcher, cleaning tablets, blind filter insert, water filter holder and one unused water filter, steam wand cleaning tool, Breville's Razor tool,and the original box and packaging. No manual, but it is available online in PDF form. Reason for selling: This machine was used as a studio / lab comparison machine for espresso machine reviews on a popular coffee based website. It was our "standard" machine we tested other machines against. To mix things up, I wanted a different colour for the machine, so I bought a Black Sesame colour version, and now this machine needs to go to a new home. Machine was boxed up, but I have it out if you want to see it in action before taking it home (nb, make sure the machine stays absolutely upright, as it will have boilers full of water).
