Damage deposit is $725. Shared living room and kitchen. The house is fully furnished. I live in a 3 level townhouse 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with free parking available in the complex. I live in James Bay near fisherman’s wharf, it’s a quiet neighborhood. - It’s on a bus route. - 15 minute walk to the downtown inner harbour. - 10 minute walk to Beacon Hill Park. - 5 minute walk to Dallas Rd Beach/Ogden Point. The private room is NOT furnished (the queen bed in the photo was my roommates and she took the bed with her), but I do have a double bed that can be used if you need. - No pets. - No smoking/vaping. - Free parking. - In-suite laundry. - Internet included.
