Suite is on top floor of environmentally conscious home (above owner), is furnished, and rent includes utilities and shared laundry. Centrally located, we are close to RJH, Fernwood Village, Hillside Mall, Quadra Village and bike and bus routes. There is lots of street parking. Ours is a quiet, friendly house and neighbourhood. You must be environmentally aware, non-smoking/vaping, non partying, respectful, trustworthy and, from time to time, able to help out with garden/plant watering etc. when owner away. Single person preferred but couples considered if the right fit. Quiet and well behaved pets, (dogs/cats) will be considered at the owner’s discretion, and a pet damage deposit then would be expected.
