Hello, my name is Gareth. I am a carpenter/designer working full time in Langford. I have recently had to start looking for a place due to current landlords selling the property. I have a 6 year old daughter, Friday nights to Monday mornings. A one bedroom is not an issue, my daughter and I spend weekends adventuring and staying with family. I also have a blue heeler dog that is extremely well behaved and comes to work with me every day. I am a quiet individual with a passion for gardening. I can be available for any handy man type maintenance if needed. Metchosin, Westshore and Colwood area is ideal as it is close to my family and my work.
