The suite has one bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable living room, a dining area, and an additional large front room with a work station. There's a small parking space provided, cooking and cleaning essentials, and high speed internet. In-suite laundry, smart thermostats, and contemporary art make the place extra comfortable. The suite has its own entrance with a young family living upstairs. Cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. We are also just a 10 minute walk to the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Monthly rental price includes all utilities (water, hydro, internet, garbage/recycling). We're hoping to find a respectful individual or two looking for short (at least 3 months) or long term accommodation. No smoking allowed on the property and pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
