Available MAY 1st. No Smoking, No Pets! Semi Furnished decent size room in an old well maintained house. You will be sharing a huge kitchen and two bathrooms with three mature gentlemen. The house is very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and helpful yet we respect each other privacy. Reasonable cooking and laundry usage are available. Suitable for mature stable self sufficient quiet and clean person with a steady income no homebodies, preferably for long term working single male no homebodies please. The rent includes Shaw WI-FI and Electrical Hydro. Half month deposit will be required to secure the room.
