Suggested a 30-amp circuit, 60 cycle, single phase Stainless Steel Case, allows 4” at the rear of the dehydrator for fan assembly. -The entire cabinet is stainless steel. -Computerized digital readout, 99-hour timer, and 80-200+ Degrees F temperature control with automatic shut off ability. -12 Nickel Coated steel trays measure, 23 1/2” x 25 1/4” with 1 1.4” space between trays.-Two speed motor with 16” aluminum fan blade. -Includes 12 Polyscreen Mesh Tray Screen Inserts -Includes 12 Teflex drying sheets. This unit is in almost mint condition. It was bought from Excalibur in 2005 for a business that was not able to make use of it.
