Hi there! Long shot, but here goes: 15 or so years ago I had this guitar stolen from the storage room at Steamers Pub after a performance. My fault for leaving it there overnight, I suppose. It was my first quality guitar that I performed in my first bands with, wrote some tunes on - I would love to get it back, or one just like it. I assume it's changed hands at least a few times by now and that whoever owns it now picked it up at a pawn shop. I'll pay for it, of course, it would just make me very happy to be reunited with it - or, again, to find one just like it. It's a very distinct and easily recognized guitar to begin with, but it also has one unique identifying feature: it was knocked off the shelf in a music store in Kamloops when it was new and the head was snapped off right at the nut. It was professionally repaired with great results, but you can clearly see the cracks in the finish around the two screws at the back of the neck. It is exactly the same model featured in this video, same wood pattern, same thru-neck construction, same exact colour: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSTY35IQa6s If you've seen this guitar and can reconnect me with it, I'll pay whoever owns it a fair price and thank the finder with $100. I have no doubt that whoever owns it now is NOT the person who swiped it, but no questions asked regardless. Alternatively, I'd happily buy another just like it - a thru-neck, carved maple top model in excellent condition. Thanks for your help!
